The Return of the Gym Mix

I’m not sure what is about fall.

Maybe it’s the change in weather. It could even be the start of the new TV season. For what ever reason, I have a bit of trouble getting to the gym as often as I would like.

One tool I use for motivation is music. I make what I call, Gym Mixes to get me going. A Gym Mix, is a very vocal, upbeat selection of songs.

Coming up this weekend is the first Gym Mix of fall.

Featuring remixes by: Tony Moran, Peter Rauhofer, Manny Lehman, Offer Nissim, Escape, Dave Aude and others.

Summertime

It seems like the summer is slipping by! It’s nice weather one weekend then total crap the next. I will say that the music this summer has been outstanding. Anthems, tribal, progressive have all be great.
